King Street Cookies is looking for an enthusiastic new crew member to join in on the fun, available for full or part time work at our flagship store in Downtown Charleston.
Will be baking and cake decorating. We are expanding and adding additional menu items. This is a chance for you to showcase your skills. We have specialty cookies such as our holiday selections along with vegan/gluten free options.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Prepare products for sale (icing, decorating, packaging)
Decorate all cake orders
Maintain sanitation standards in the kitchen, fridge, freezer and restaurant
Use Photo Cake for Cake & Cookie Orders
Properly mix icing colors
Properly rotate icing (dated icing and icing equipment/storage kept clean)
Properly clean all work areas
Bake bagels, cookies and other morning pastries
Prepare products for sale (icing, decorating, packaging)
Perform all duties required by management
Clearly addressing clients questions/concerns
Reporting for scheduled shifts
Effective communication between CEO, supervisors and co-workers
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (plus decorating tips)
