Housekeeping Manager: The purpose of the Housekeeping Manager is to assure the overall success of the hotel by meeting or exceeding the guest expectation for product cleanliness.

Restaurant Assistant Manager: The purpose of the Food & Beverage Assistant Manager is to assure the overall success of the restaurant (and accompanying venues in or near the restaurant) by meeting or exceeding the guest expectation for service.

Hotel Maintenance Engineer:  The purpose of an Engineer II is to assure the overall success of the hotel by meeting or exceeding the guest expectation for working order of mechanical systems. The Engineer II must maintain a safe and working environment throughout the hotel by providing an attractive, clean and well-maintained property.

Experienced Front Desk Agents: The primary purpose of the Front Desk Agent is to greet and serve guests in a professional, gracious manner. Register guests; provide prompt and courteous service to the guest throughout their stay, resolve guest problems, close guest accounts upon check out, and offer a fond farewell to guests.

At Your Service Guest Services Agent:  The purpose of PBX/AYS Operator is to handle all phone calls providing exceptional service according to AURO Hotels and Brand Standards.

Full-time Night Audit:  The purpose of the Night Auditor is to audit all accounts to ensure they are in balance, and prepare final reports for management; acts as the third shift Guest Services Agent ensuring maximum room revenues and guest satisfaction, in line with AURO Hotels’ standards.

Part-time Night Audit:  The purpose of the Night Auditor is to audit all accounts to ensure they are in balance, and prepare final reports for management; acts as the third shift Guest Services Agent ensuring maximum room revenues and guest satisfaction, in line with AURO Hotels’ standards.

AM Line Cook: Shift is 5:30am-3pm.  The purpose of a Line Cook is to prepare food items for food outlets according to designed menus, recipes and sample photographs.

Hotel Shipping and Receiving Associate:  The shift for this job is 7AM-3PM*.  The Shipping and Receiving Associate will be responsible for all of the below tasks:

  • Ordering food from multiple vendors
  • Putting away deliveries (must be able to carry up to 50 lbs over a long stretch)
  • Organizing incoming & outgoing Fedex & UPS shipments
  • Keeping loading dock organized and clean
  • Organization and cleanliness of storage rooms and coolers
