Circa 1886 regularly ranks among the finest restaurants in downtown Charleston. We are currently searching for a PM Line Cook who is ready to take on the role of Roundsman. This position is responsible for filling in on the line for cooks who may be off that particular day. The duties include working a Sauté, Grill, Pantry, or Pastry line cook position. We seek a well-rounded and levelheaded individual who is capable of working these stations with confidence and who is calm under pressure. Circa 1886 values a work/life balance at our restaurant. We are closed on Sundays as well as Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, New Year’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day.
