Cru Catering was founded in 2000 with only 3 employees and a desire to bring a new vision to the Charleston catering market. 19 years later we have realized our dreams, but the desire to grow and improve pushes us to strive harder every single day. We hope you will join our team of professionals.
- Lead Event Chef- Lead the culinary team in the execution of offsite events in accordance with the Cru standards. Responsibilities include directing the culinary staff on site, managing the kitchen or satellite kitchen, plate and present the food to guests, and oversee all operations of the event from start to finish. Must be able to work nights and weekends.
- Event Bartenders- set up bar at offsite venues, serve and present drinks to guest and pack up remaining bar following event. Must be able to work nights and weekends.
- Back of House Support- basic food assembly, serve food from stations at events, and assist culinary team on site for overall event success. Flexible schedule but events are mostly nights and weekends.
