There is also strong potential to grow in this role within the first year (group sales experience, destination marketing, digital marketing solutions, transient/BT strategy, and collaborating with our extensive on site full service catering and events team, from day one on the job!) Number one priority in this role is helping service groups booked with strong attention to detail, input rooming lists/payment, customer itineraries, manage guest room inventory and blocking with our front desk team to ensure successful group arrival experiences. There is also a lot of fun challenges and dynamic sales and enterprise platform/marketing software access, data analytics/AI insights experience, closely tied to this position opening. Previous hotel experience is preferred, but not required!
