Front Desk Concierge: As the first employee the guest encounters, it is the concierge’s responsibility to be gracious and efficient while upholding the company’s reputation for hospitality, service, and luxury. The main responsibilities for this position include answering all incoming calls, book room reservations, perform check in and check out procedures, and assist guests with recommendations for area restaurants and attractions.
Bellman: The bell staff helps to create a seamless five-star experience for the guest throughout their stay by greeting the guest upon arrival, delivering guest’s luggage during check in and check out, assisting with breakfast deliveries, assisting with hotel upkeep.
Laundry Attendant: Primary responsibilities include washing, drying and folding sheets, pillowcases, towels, table linen, and spa linen. This is a fast paced position and the candidate must have prior experience in a Hotel laundry, be able to work independently, and be available to work Monday – Friday between 8am – 5pm.
