Assistant Innkeeper: Assists with the overall management and hospitality at historic King Street boutique hotels and tasked with upholding Charming Inns’ world-class reputation for hospitality, service, and luxury. The Assistant Innkeeper is directly responsible for the following departments: Front Desk/ Concierge, Guest Services, and the maintenance of the physical plant.
Front Desk Concierge: As the first employee the guest encounters, it is the concierge’s responsibility to be gracious and efficient while upholding the company’s reputation for hospitality, service, and luxury. The main responsibilities for this position include answering all incoming calls, book room reservations, perform check in and check out procedures, and assist guests with recommendations for area restaurants and attractions.
Breakfast Attendant: The breakfast attendant primarily works in the hotel kitchen and is responsible for both serving guests in the breakfast room and setting up and delivering trays for room service requests. This is a part-time position and the candidate must be able to work from 6:30am – 12:00pm.
Houseman: The houseman helps to create a seamless experience for guests throughout their stay by assisting with housekeeping set up and hotel upkeep including maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel kitchen and parking lot. This position also provides assistance during the evening wine hour and must have a valid driver’s license in order to assist with the delivery of linens between the laundry department and Charming Inns properties.
