  • Fine Dining Servers and Bartenders  Servers must have some form of fine dining restaurant experience already, as well as a passion to learn fine dining steps of service. You will be expected to keep up with menu changes, Italian history/culture and our changing craft cocktail and wine lists. Candidates must be 21 year of age to serve/pour alcohol.  Bartenders must also have previous bartending experience, be creative and use jiggers as each cocktail is measured, nothing is free poured. You are also expected to take care of the guests dining at the bar, therefore you must have an equal interest in the food and wine menus as you will be serving those guests. Bartender pay rate starts at $5/ hour plus tips.
  • Sous Chef This is a salaried position, and pay is based on experience with a starting salary between $50,000 and $55,000 yearly (based on experience and skills) plus a 10% signing bonus with a 1 year minimum commitment.
  • Management compensation includes: 1 Week Paid Vacation, 1 Week PTO, 1 Week conditional PFL, Parking is available at no cost, Medical and dental insurance is available after 30 days of full time employment and Le Farfalle will cover a portion of your cost (which, is based on age)

What we are looking for:

-Prior lead line cook or sous chef experience is a must

-An energetic, and natural leader who is good at problem solving, seeing the big picture and offering solutions which lend to progress

-Assisting the CDC with scheduling and ordering

-Ability to learn and work every position in the kitchen, including expeditor

Applicants must have:

-Prior cooking experience in fine dining establishments

-Working understanding of butchery, sauce making, fresh pasta making.

-Candidate should have a true appreciation for the craft of food and be self motivated to learn and want to try new techniques at the restaurant.

-Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays

-We are a restaurant that is open 7 days a week for dinner. As such, your schedule must be flexible to account for openings and closings in that week; specific days of the week cannot be promised off, but we always do our best to accommodate each other’s schedules, as well as 2 days off per week.

-A work week consists of 5 days on and 2 days off. Roughly 50-60 hours a week onsite can be expected.

*Health insurance is available through the company after 30 days of full time employment.
*Paychecks are issued weekly
