We are a fast growing vacation rental company looking to add a reservations agent to our team. Property management/vacation rentals experience and prior knowledge of the area is preferred but not required. Customer service experience, friendly demeanor, and ability to communicate by both phone and email regularly with our incoming guests/owners is a must. Some sales required but ultimately our goal is to ensure the guests that book our homes have a great experience from inquiry to departure. Our reservations agent is the first impression and we want to make sure it’s the best one! Must be willing to work as a team and help other departments as needed including but not limited to inspecting properties for arrivals, light cleaning, lifting/delivery packages to homes, billing, scheduling maintenance and housekeeping, etc. Willing to train the right candidate.
