What you can expect:

Assist the Sales Managers and internal/external customers in the domestic, international, group and transient markets
Prepare contracts, addendums and proposals for the Sales Managers in a timely manner, in addition to daily administrative duties and client correspondence
Answer all incoming phone calls and prepare inquiry sheets for the Sales Managers
Assist in managing all resort and hotel external listings (not including Kiawahresort.com)
Assist in the planning, execution of customer events
Handle all interoffice mailing
Assist in ordering and maintaining all supplies for the office
Prepare and distribute communiques for site inspections
Deliver amenity cards to the appropriate outlet for site inspections; VIP and guest arrivals
Distribute contracts and booking recaps to each department when a contract turns definite; change contract status in Delphi
Prepare Sales Kits
Handle all amenity requests
Own special projects, when applicable
Prepare and ship packages with FedEx

What are some Qualifications:

Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Work independently with minimum supervision
Sales systems experience
Self-starter with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
Able to work under pressure
Adapt to changing requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Delphi.fdc experience is preferred
