Southern Ruetz is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to fill the role of a part time Assistant Manager. This pivotal position involves overseeing retail operations and actively participating in customer engagement, while also contributing to the creative process as a Hat Artist. The Assistant Manager will guide customers through personalized hat designs, ensure exceptional customer service, and support the growth of our establishment. Additionally, this role will involve overseeing areas within the Maker Mall and interacting with vendors as needed.
